Put the FUN in FUNdraising and you’ll be amazed at how much you will raise.
If asking your family, friends and co-workers for donations gets stale, there are other creative ways to reach your fundraising goal.
Decide what you think would be fun. Select a date, time and location. Gather some family and friends to help you.
Here are some ideas:
Social Media Campaign – Write a compelling message about why you are fundraising for My Walk 4 Friends and include a photo. Post it on Facebook and Instagram for your friends and family to see.
Car Wash – Gather the kids, family and friends, and have an old-fashioned car wash.
Raffle – Do you have an item(s), or can you get something, that other people may want?
Talent Show – Host a talent show at your house and charge admission to attend.
Lemonade Stand – Children love to host lemonade stands.
Bake Sale – Do you like to bake? Why not have a bake sale for your neighborhood? You can even promote it to family and friends on Facebook.
Garage Sale – Do you need to empty out your shelves and closets?
Shoe Sale – There are organizations who will give you cash for gently worn shoes.
Bingo – Hold a bingo game and invite your friends, family and neighbors to play.
Fashion Show – At work or at home, showcase your favorite styles and charge admission to attend.
Pool Party – Host an end-of-summer bash at your local or home pool and charge admission to attend.
Movie Night – Invite your friends and family to come watch a movie and charge admission to attend.
Facebook Birthday Campaign – When it’s your birthday choose Friendship Circle of Cleveland on Facebook’s Birthday Fundraising Campaign.
